The Operations Coodinator plays a pivotal leadership role in ensuring the seamless execution of Structure Group's projects and operational processes. Acting as the bridge between the General Manager, Project Management Team, and field leadership, this position is accountable for driving consistency across the organization, minimizing variance, and ensuring our crews are positioned for success. The position requires strong independence, strategic thinking, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, digital-first environment.
Responsibilities:
Provide oversight of project coordination activities, ensuring alignment with corporate goals, digital work package standards, and client requirements.
Drive process improvements and consistency across purchasing, document control, workflow management, and reporting systems.
Oversee accounts receivable processes, invoicing accuracy, purchase orders, material requisitions, and expense management, providing direct support to the GM and accounting team.
Act as a senior point of contact for site leadership, addressing client and home office requests, financial inquiries, and operational reporting requirements.
Ensure the effective coordination of manpower scheduling, camp/flight bookings, vehicle and fuel card management, and other logistical requirements to support field operations.
Lead the integration and optimization of digital platforms, ensuring accurate time, material, unit rate tracking, billing, and internal/external reporting compliance.
Exercise judgment and autonomy in addressing operational challenges, ensuring minimal disruption to project execution.
Mentor and support site leaders and coordinators, ensuring alignment to Structure Group's values, standards, and expectations.
Identify opportunities for operational efficiency and lead strategic initiatives that promote continuous improvement of the organizational processes
