Job Summary

SWOT Logistics is seeking a hands-on

Operations Coordinator

to support our delivery operations for Amazon and Staples packages. This role is ideal for a strong communicator and problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced logistics environment. You will be responsible for supervising drivers, coordinating daily operations on the floor, and supporting onboarding and training for new hires.

This is a

seasonal position with a strong opportunity to transition into a year-round role

based on performance and operational needs.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and support delivery drivers during daily operations Maintain a strong on-the-floor presence to ensure smooth dispatch and returns Coordinate onboarding, orientation, and training of new drivers Monitor driver attendance, route completion, and delivery performance Act as the main point of contact between drivers, team captains, and management Assist with route assignments, coverage, and real-time issue resolution Track operational metrics and support weekly performance reporting Ensure compliance with company standards, safety policies, and client requirements Communicate updates and instructions via WhatsApp and internal tools Support overall operational efficiency and team morale

Qualifications & Skills

Previous experience in logistics, delivery operations, or team supervision preferred Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Comfortable working on-site and being actively involved on the floor Proficient with smartphones, messaging apps (WhatsApp), and basic tracking systems Reliable, organized, and solution-oriented Flexible availability, including weekends
