Operations Coordinator \xe2\x80\x93 Fort St. John Energetic Services Inc. is an industry leader in oilfield logistics & specialty services with locations in BC and AB. We currently have a rewarding employment opportunity for an Operations Coordinator in our Fort St. John branch. The successful applicant will\xe2\x80\xa6 \xc2\xb7 Be comfortable working in an administrative office role \xc2\xb7 Have 2+ years related experience \xc2\xb7 Have strong proficiency in computer systems including Microsoft Office \xc2\xb7 Have a basic understanding of commercial logistics operations \xc2\xb7 Be attentive to detail and well organized \xc2\xb7 Have strong interpersonal and written communication skills \xc2\xb7 Work well independently and as part of a team in a multi-faceted role \xc2\xb7 Report directly to the Area Manager \xc2\xb7 Be focused on managing reception, coordinating bills of lading, working with dispatch, onboarding new personnel & equipment, unit compliance, 3rd party billing, and driver queries This position offers a competitive salary commensurate with experience, benefit plan, and a supportive, friendly culture with strong leadership and safety standards.
