Our team is a small family owned team, we operate a lean operation allowing us to fluctuate our fleet depending on demand and offer hands on structured training for the position, prior direct experience is not necessary provided you are open to learning, have a customer facing dynamic and reliable.
As our Operations Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our clients have an unforgettable experience. Your duties will include
Vehicle cleaning and turnaround - not afraid to get your hands dirty, there is alot of vehicle turn arounds in this position, making sure that when you're finished you can't help but turn your head an go, woah that looks good.
Client handovers - The vehicle is simply the means to explore, our clients come for the experience and this is all part of that experience, wow them with your detailed handovers.
Customer service - We take this really seriously, every client deserves the best customer service from start to finish. We go above and beyond no matter the client.
You must be willing to get your hands dirty, as our vehicles come back from their adventures looking quite rugged and we send them back out sparkling and pristine.
Working independently -our calgary location is a satellite operating base away from our main base in BC, this means most of the communication and paperwork is done remotely, we have developed a number of checklists and processes that ensure standards are met, the right candidate must be comfortable working without supervision to meet deadlines and be comfortable completing the necessary paperwork for quality control.
To be considered for this position, you must have exceptional attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a love for the great outdoors. You should also have a basic background knowledge of Alberta and British Columbia, as customers always have questions when they pick up their vehicle.
