The Operations & Planning Coordinator provides administrative support to the Director of Public Works, Chief Building Official, Fire Chief, and Director of Community Services. The successful candidate will oversee and provide support to the Operations Administrative Assistant. They will provide general information about the application process to applicants and answer routine questions regarding forms and procedures. The successful applicant will assist the public with the completion of applications, forms and other documentation in connection with governmental services.
