About the Role

We're looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative who takes pride in solving problems with patience, positivity, and professionalism. In this role, you'll be the ?rst point of contact for our customers--answering questions, resolving concerns, and ensuring every interaction leaves them feeling valued and supported.
What You'll Be Doing
Responding to customer inquiries by phone and email
Providing clear, helpful, and friendly solutions
Troubleshooting and resolving issues with con?dence
Building strong relationships with customers
Collaborating with your teammates to keep service smooth and consistent
What We're Looking For
Previous customer service experience (bonus points if in a technical or environmental industry)
Excellent communication and listening skills
A friendly, patient, and professional approach
Strong problem-solving skills and a can-do attitude
Comfort with technology and multitasking (experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, ExpandIT, or similar software is an asset)
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
