Job Overview



The Operations and Logistics Coordinator will support daily business operations across

logistics, sales, and compliance. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can

take full ownership of shipping, documentation, and MRP data management while

assisting the sales team with coordination of demo kits, tradeshows, and customer

orders. The position also includes managing import/export permits and ensuring

regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:



Logistics and Shipping

Manage all shipping activities, including preparing and organizing paperwork, creating labels, and coordinating courrier or freight services. Ensure all shipments meet regulatory and customer requirements. Assist with packing and inventory management for outgoing orders
MRP Management

Assist in MRP Implementation Maintain and update the company's Material Requirements Planning (MRP) system. Input and track purchase orders (POs), and material movements. Support production planning through accurate data entry and reporting.
Sales Operations Support

Provide inside sales support, including preparing quotes and order confirmations. Manage demo kit inventory, shipment, and return process. Coordinate logistics for tradeshows and marketing events. Communicate with customers and sales representatives to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
Permits and Compliance

Prepare and manage all import, export, and NRCan permit applications. Maintain compliance with Canadian and international shipping regulations. Keep accurate records of all permits and regulatory documentation.

Qualifications



Post-secondary education in business administration, supply chain management, or a related field preferred. 2+ years of experience in logistics, operations, or administrative coordination. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with MRP or ERP systems. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. Knowledge of export/import procedures and permit requirements is an asset.

Additional Requirements



Full-time, on-site in Limoges, ON Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle Must be eligible to pass Dangerous Goods certification
