Position Details

  • Manage the communications calendar to schedule planned communications, working collaboratively with stakeholders across the organization.
  • Deploy approved communications relating to system releases, events, service interruptions, process enhancements, marketing campaigns, and other front-line knowledge requirements.
  • Curate content and deploy departmental newsletters and communications series.
  • Support gathering communication requirements for new projects and/or process improvements.
  • Support content creation for ad hoc communication requests and department-wide communication and change management plans.
  • Maintain all Club & Automotive department intranet (myCCG) pages and Teams information platforms, including adding new content, publishing news, and ensuring ongoing review and maintenance with the proper business leads.
  • Oversee the annual standard operating procedure Library maintenance process and ad hoc maintenance requests, ensuring proper governance, naming conventions and scope.
  • Monitor and report on readership/engagement results for all front-line and departmental communication initiatives and usage of info-sites.
As the successful candidate you will have a Post-Secondary education and/or a University degree or equivalent work experience. In addition to two to three years of relevant experience, you have strong communication skills both verbal and written, experience with SAP and/or D3. Info mapping, business writing and project management designations are an asset.
