Nous recherchons un(e)

Administrateur(trice) des Operations

pour rejoindre une equipe dynamique, contribuer au succes et assurer le bon fonctionnement du Centre de Distribution. Ce poste aidera a organiser les principales realisations et joue un role essentiel dans le maintien de l'efficacite du centre.


Responsabilites:




Servir de principal point de contact administratif pour le centre de distribution. Coordonner, gerer les ressources et organiser les activites du site (y compris les visiteurs, les employes temporaires et les fournisseurs). Veiller au respect et au maintien des exigences en matiere de securite du site et des autorites locales. Soutenir l'equipe de direction dans la collecte et la presentation des donnees cles de performance. Mettre en oeuvre des ameliorations dans l'entrepot et diriger des projets visant a renforcer la securite, ameliorer l'efficacite, reduire les couts et accroitre la qualite. Maintenir et developper des relations positives avec tous les fournisseurs, la societe de gestion immobiliere et les employes internes. Preparer, communiquer et presenter les chartes de projet a la direction et aux equipes de l'entrepot. Coordonner l'entretien des installations et des equipements, les travaux de construction, les agrandissements et les besoins en location. Organiser la certification et la formation des employes (certification marchandises dangereuses, chariot elevateur, etc.) conformement aux exigences et regles de Fisher & Paykel. Apporter un soutien aux autres equipes selon les besoins pour la coordination des formations, le lancement d'initiatives de l'entreprise, l'organisation d'evenements, etc. (incluant les departements Qualite, RH et TIC). Fournir un soutien administratif general, y compris la gestion budgetaire, la negociation des achats et la documentation pour les installations du centre de distribution.

Formation et experience requises:




2 ans d'experience dans un role de soutien administratif. 1 a 2 ans d'experience avec des logiciels tels qu'Illustrator, InDesign et Photoshop. Experience en gestion des relations avec les fournisseurs. Souci du detail. Excellentes competences en communication ecrite et orale. Bilingue (francais et anglais). Une experience avec les principes et la methodologie d'amelioration continue est fortement souhaitee.

Job Overview





We are seeking an

Operations Administrator

to be part of a dynamic team, driving success and ensuring the smooth operations of the Distribution Center. This role will help organize key achievements and plays a vital role in keeping the facility running efficiently.


Responsibilities:




Serve as primary administrative contact for the DC. Coordinate, resource, and route site activities (including visitors, temporary employees, and vendors). Ensure site security and local-governing authority requirements are met and maintained. Support the leadership team in gathering and reporting key metric data. Deliver improvements in the warehouse and lead projects to drive safety enhancements, efficiency improvements, cost savings, and quality advances. Maintain and build positive relationships with all vendors, property management company, and internal employees. Prepare, communicate, and present project charters to leadership and warehouse teams. Coordinate facilities and equipment maintenance, construction, expansions, and leasing needs. Coordinate employee certification and training (dangerous goods certification, forklift, etc.) in accordance with Fisher & Paykel requirements and business rules. Support other teams as necessary with coordinating training, launching company initiatives, planning company event, etc., (includes Quality Department, HR, and ICT). Provide general administrative support, including budgeting, procurement negotiation, and documentation for the DC facility.

Requirements:




2 years' experience in an Administrative support role. 1-2 years' experience using software packages (Illustrator, In-Design, Photoshop). Supplier relationship management experience. Attention to detail. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Bilingual (French and English). Experience with Continuous Improvement principles and methodology is strongly preferred.
