Operations Administrator

based out of

Medicine Hat

, AB.





The

Operations Administrator

is to perform the duties and responsibilities provided below in accordance to Ambipar's standard operating procedures and performance objectives, while adhering to the applicable health and safety regulations, and professional codes of conduct.

RESPONSIBILITIES AT HAND / WHAT YOUR DAYS WILL CONSIST OF




Maintain a safe, clean, and presentable work environment that is welcoming to all guests and employees Complete Operations/HSEQ documents daily Communication with other team members by phone and email Review approvals submitted, assign tracking numbers, write acceptance letters, input information into spread sheets for review, for multiple facilities Review and file field staff daily reports Maintain tracking documents daily File lab reports and other paperwork Maintain and improve the filing system Issue PO's for Operations Team and act as liaison with the Ambipar accounting department. Support the compilation of reports for all managers Scan and upload documents to Microsoft Teams, maintain the Microsoft Teams filing system in an organized manner Printing Manifests Maintenance of client filing system Maintenance of the Vacation Calendar Assist with client proposals Presentation development Data Management, and data entry Sales administration and marketing & promotion assistance Arrange travel and hotels for business trips Document development and modifications Other general Admin duties that may be assigned



REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS




3-5 years of prior Office Administrative experience Proficient in Microsoft Office with strong Excel skills (able to do some formula work), Word, Outlook, Adobe and Microsoft Teams. Must be confident, and work well under pressure in a dynamic environment with fast changing priorities Proven exemplary interpersonal skills, detail oriented, organized, and able to perform in a team environment and on independent tasks. Experience in the Oil and Gas industry, waste management or Environmental fields an asset. Willingness to go the extra mile, when necessary to complete important tasks
