We are looking for an Operations Administrator with minimum 1 year experience to manage clerical tasks, data entry, inventory management, and SAP MM updates. Requires 1+ year admin experience, knowledge of Microsoft Office, SAP MM, inventory systems, strong communication, multitasking, flexibility, and ability to work weekends/holidays. Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Operations Administrator is responsible to provide administrative support for the storeroom department.
Reporting To: Operations Manager
Compensation: $21 / hour
Contract: 6 Month
Schedule: Monday to Sunday, Shift Work.
Job Duties
Key responsibilities include (and not limited to) the following:
Monitor stock levels, prepare purchase requestions for replenishment.
Verify deliveries against purchase orders, check quality, and update inventory systems.
Maintain accurate logs of stock movements, invoices, and receipts.
Provide management with updates on stock discrepancies, shortages, or surpluses.
Coordinate with procurement, warehouse staff, and suppliers to ensure smooth operations.
Maintain accurate inventory records, ensuring optimal stock levels to meet business needs.
Analyze inventory data to forecast needs, identify discrepancies, and develop strategies for inventory optimization.
Ensure that all goods listed on the issuing forms and other documentation are accurately removed for the storeroom inventory on the SAPMM system daily.
Conduct regular inventory audits and prepare reports on inventory status and report anomalies to the Storeroom Supervisor.
Work closely with other departments such as purchasing, production, and accounting to ensure smooth operations and resolve any inventory-related issues.
Ensure all Customs related documentation is submitted in a timely manner, following protocols and regulations.
Responsible for the preparation of airline reports.
Assist supervisor/manager in troubleshooting any discrepancies.

Skills and Abilities Required
Post-secondary education with a minimum 1-year administrative experience.
Knowledge of SAP MM module required.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Knowledge of Food and Food Safety
Must demonstrate excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
Strong interpersonal skills and leadership skills, and comfortable working with all levels of staff and management in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
Ability to meet strict deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment.
Flexible working hours and be available to work overtime when required.
Working Conditions/ Physical Requirements
Manual dexterity required to use desktop computer and peripherals.
Fast-paced production environment.
Ability to sit or walk, for long periods of time.
