We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented Operations Administrator for the General Stewart Branch #4 of the Royal Canadian Legion, Canada's largest Veteran's organization. Reporting directly to the Branch President, the Operations Administrator is responsible for all office responsibilities working closely with other Branch employees and volunteers, Executive and Branch members.
Duties
Sales and cash management, reconciliations and vendor payments
Inventory management
Reports and forms generation/compilation
Records and activity management including trend and issue identification
Ordering
Collaborating with partner organizations
Interacting with stakeholders
Qualifications
Previous office experience in a non-profit organization working with volunteers preferred
Restaurant experience an asset
Experience working with Microsoft 365 and Teams preferred with a proficiency in Excel and Word
Knowledge of Quick Books and budgeting required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Organized, efficient, flexible
Must have attention to detail and the ability to apply this skill to problem-solving
Excellent customer service
Professional in all aspects of duty performance

Pay: From $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
