Who We're Looking For



We're searching for an

Operations Administrator

to be the backbone of our day-to-day operations. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, resourceful, and eager to play an integral part in a fast-growing team. You'll provide support across finance, billing, user services, office coordination, and more - helping our company run efficiently while ensuring a positive experience for our team and users.

You'll thrive in this role if you're excited about:

Financial Support:

Assisting with bookkeeping, payroll, invoicing, and reconciliations to ensure accurate records.

Billing Support:

Processing claims, handling corrections, and ensuring consult payments are completed efficiently.

User Support:

Helping with physician onboarding, outreach, and providing excellent service to our users.

Office Coordination:

Coordinating team schedules, managing supplies and assisting with logistics like travel and events.

Problem-Solving:

Tackling challenges proactively and looking for opportunities to improve processes as we grow.

Key Responsibilities



Assist with bookkeeping tasks, including payroll, invoices, and reconciliations.

Support billing activities, including claims input, corrections, and payment tracking.

Provide user support during onboarding and handle inquiries.

Help maintain office operations, including schedules, supplies, and new employee setup.

Organize travel arrangements and event logistics.

Skills and Experience



Previous experience in an administrative, operational, or bookkeeping role.

Strong organizational and time management skills, with excellent attention to detail.

Clear communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Knowledge of QuickBooks Online (or similar accounting software) is an asset.

Experience in a medical office or familiarity with payroll systems, benefits, and billing processes is an asset.

College or university degree required.
