Your Responsibilities:
Order Processing & Invoicing:
Assist in managing daily orders, invoicing, and shipping tasks
Bookkeeping:
Assist with maintaining financial records using Sage 50 and accounting tasks
Reporting:
Prepare detailed Excel reports for tracking inventory, sales, and financial performance
Warehouse Operations:
Participate in packing, checking orders, and inventory reconciliation
General Office Tasks:
Answer calls, assist with a variety of administrative duties to keep operations running smoothly
What We're Looking For:
A
college degree
in international trade, food technology, marketing, business administration, or a related field
Strong analytical and math skills
with an eye for detail
Comfortable working with
Excel
and
Sage 50
(bookkeeping experience a plus)
Positive, dependable, and proactive
approach to your work
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards
Able to
lift up to 40 lbs
as part of warehouse duties
Strong communication skills in
English
(written and verbal)
Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
Bonus Qualifications:
Additional language skills (French, Mandarin, Japanese, or Korean)
Previous experience in warehouse or inventory management
