Make your mark while you grow your career! As a member of the Acquisition and Disposition (A&D) Accounting group, the A&D Accountant, is primarily responsible for preparing, analyzing and recording Interim and Final Statements of Adjustments (ISOA's/FSOA's) for North America E&P A&D activity.

Key Accountabilities:

Identify, analyze and prepare monthly journal entries, account reconciliations, and supporting schedules to facilitate the monthly close and quarterly reporting for A&D Analyze and prepare ISOA's and FSOA's for all A&D activity Liaise with various internal and external accounting and operations departments to ensure effective and accurate ISOA/FSOA preparation Analyze and prepare schedules/accounting entries for gains/losses and fair value adjustments Identify and recommend process improvements Special projects as assigned

What You Bring to the Role:

7+ years of accounting experience with progressive responsibilities; related University degree Accounting designation preferred Expertise in: + Financial and operations accounting
+ Experience with complex accounting transactions
+ Effective written and oral communication skills
+ Ability to meet key deliverable deadlines within a short time frame
+ Excellent analytical and organizational skills
+ Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
+ Ability to work independently
+ Adapts to change quickly, including change driven by technology
Familiarity with and understanding of: + Microsoft Office, in particular Excel
+ EnterpriseOne
+ Reporting tools such as FDAP
