BLS International is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented
Operations Officer
to join our team. This role plays a key part in supporting the smooth functioning of our visa and passport services. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills, a knack for process compliance and a customer-focused mindset. You will be responsible for managing application workflows, coordinating dispatches and ensuring accurate data handling across our operations.

Responsibilities
Operations Support
Provide day-to-day administrative support to ensure efficient center operations
Maintain strict adherence to standard operating procedures and process manuals
Coordinate with third-party logistics providers for timely dispatches
Scan, upload, label, and track visa/passport applications using MFA India's system
Prepare and manage manifests for document movement between VAC and the Consulate
Communicate with applicants regarding documentation issues via email and letters
Support dispatch processes and other administrative tasks as assigned
Application Processing
Process walk-in visa/passport applications with accuracy and professionalism
Collaborate with accounting for daily cash handling and data entry
Oversee scanning and uploading of application documents
Ensure error-free data entry and record keeping
Scrutinize documents based on Consulate-issued checklists
Process applications on MoFA India's digital platform
Offer and manage Value Added Services (VAS) as needed
Handle fee transactions and provide guidance to applicants
Organize dispatches with logistics partners
Experience & Skills
Prior experience in administrative, customer service, or visa/passport processing roles preferred
Familiarity with document management systems and digital platforms
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a structured environment
Comfort working in a compliance-driven setting
