Operational Manager

to oversee day-to-day operations and ensure smooth performance across all facilities.

Position Overview:


The Operational Manager will lead facility operations across Ontario, ensuring high service standards, proper maintenance, and efficient workflows. This role requires strong organizational skills, team management, and the ability to travel between locations. The successful candidate will act as the bridge between head office and on-site staff, driving consistency, accountability, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:



Oversee daily operations across multiple facilities to ensure consistency and quality Manage and support Facility Operators, Customer Service Representatives, and Maintenance Technicians Monitor facility performance, identify issues, and implement solutions promptly Oversee scheduling, staffing, and operational coverage for locations across Ontario Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and cleaning teams for maintenance and service needs Ensure compliance with company standards, safety policies, and operational procedures Support new facility openings, including staff training and operational setup Report regularly to head office on facility performance, challenges, and improvements Handle escalated customer service concerns in a professional and timely manner Travel frequently across Ontario to visit and support facilities (company travel expenses covered)

Qualifications:



Minimum 3-5 years of experience in operations management, hospitality, or multi-site management Strong leadership and communication skills with experience managing teams Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage competing priorities Comfortable with scheduling systems, software platforms, and reporting tools Problem-solver with a hands-on approach to resolving issues quickly Must hold a valid Ontario driver's licence and have access to reliable transportation Ability to travel frequently across Ontario (multi-day trips may be required) Golf knowledge is an asset but not required
