Operations Manager

to lead and streamline our day-to-day operations, support our crews, and drive company performance.

Position Overview:

As the Operations Manager, you will oversee all aspects of field operations including scheduling, dispatch, fleet management, and staff supervision. You'll play a key role in ensuring our moves run smoothly, safely, and on time--while maintaining high customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily operations and coordinate moving crews, equipment, and schedules Hire, train, and supervise movers, drivers, and team leads Oversee logistics, routing, and vehicle maintenance Monitor job progress and resolve issues or delays in real time Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies Maintain inventory of moving supplies and equipment Foster a positive work environment and uphold company standards

Qualifications:

Proven experience in operations, logistics, or management (moving industry preferred) Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Familiarity with scheduling software and basic business tools (Excel, CRM, etc.) Valid driver's license Must be able to lift 50+ lbs and assist in the field when needed
