You will be responsible for the development, implementation and consolidation of analytical processes and reporting to support the North Atlantic operations\xe2\x80\x99 leaders with data-driven recommendations to improve operational excellence.Additionally, in this position you will:

• Implement and maintain statistical analysis framework to measure performance of critical operational processes, including understanding of confidence to achieve targets and break down of the key gaps identified to recommend actionable solutions to the operations.
• Work collectively with Technical Services peers, external consultants and Operational leads to provide meaningful and actionable analysis and insights into the operations\xe2\x80\x99 performance and improvement opportunities. Focus efforts on achieving sustainable results with the Operations, in the complex level and plant/mine level.
• Monitor the results of the operational areas, through performance indicators, in order to identify risks and opportunities in the operational processes;
• Maintain and continuously improve the reporting structure of performance and analyses for the North Atlantic Operations and the tools supporting it;
• Participate in and facilitate rapid improvement events, planning sessions and lessons learned. Ability to prioritize efforts and recommend practices tailored to each opportunity and client, support the resolution of critical impediments.
• Coaching of the basics of the management model such as Problem Solving and its tools (Performance Dashboard, Kaizen, and others);
• Collect and share best practices in the company and externally, updating the management model when applicable and creating relationships with the Operational Excellence leads at each North Atlantic operations region;
• Capture and consolidate the financial and potential gains of operational improvement initiatives, following the defined methodology and flow of validation;
• Provide technical support to operational clients, to ensure the implementation and consolidation of the management model to achieve Operational Excellence (Performance Management Routines; Provide problem solving coaching (A3), Problem breakdown, Root Cause Analysis, Corrective Actios (PDCA); KPI breakdown, Deviation and Risk Analysis; Kaizen etc). This support will happen through projects and/or through the suite of North Atlantic Performance routines.

About YouEducation:

• Completed undergraduate degree

Experience:

• 3-5 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience
• Experience in similar activities preferred

• Continuous Improvement experience
