- Manage the Supply Chain: Negotiate pricing and terms with suppliers, manage production forecasts, and optimize downstream supply chain operations, including warehousing and transportation.
- Focus on Quality: Take charge of both supplier and customer quality management, ensuring excellent product quality through continuous improvement initiatives.
- Drive Innovation: Work closely with engineering to introduce new product offerings and develop manufacturing processes that set us apart in the industry.What You'll Need:- Experience: At least 5 years in electronics manufacturing, industrialization, NPI, and supplier management.
- Skills: Strong project management, lean manufacturing knowledge, and experience with contract electronics manufacturers.
