You will be responsible for generating high-quality leads through all major social media platforms -- including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Kijiji.
This role combines marketing creativity, communication skills, and consistency to drive walk-ins and online inquiries.
You'll create eye-catching posts, engaging reels, and manage daily responses to convert interested buyers into booked appointments.
Key Responsibilities:
Create, post, and manage daily content across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Kijiji.
Generate and qualify leads through ads, Marketplace, and social media inquiries.
Make and edit short reels and videos showcasing our products, offers, and factory highlights.
Respond to customer messages promptly with product details, pricing, and delivery information.
Track and report daily lead counts, appointments booked, and conversions.
Collaborate with the sales and store manager teams to improve ad performance.
Maintain proper tone, hashtags, and consistency across all pages.
Requirements:
Proven experience in social media marketing, lead generation, or digital sales.
Knowledge of Facebook Marketplace, Instagram Ads, and Kijiji promotions.
Basic video editing and reel creation skills.
Strong written communication (English or bilingual French/English is a plus).
Highly organized, self-driven, and able to meet daily lead targets.
