Job Description
SCOPE: As the Order Fulfillment Specialist your duties will include that of a sales associate along with:
- Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the on-line sales, assist with the development and maintenance of the online store through our website, Intranet, and mobile applications.
- Assist with orders generated on our e-commerce retail platform.
- Ensure orders are completed properly, i.e., special orders, heat pressing, and embroidery.
- Fill, process, and prepare orders with the highest level of accuracy.
- Collaboratively work with shipping and receiving to ensure the highest level of customer service.
- Maintain the inventory and organized workspace.
- Maintain the customer files, including all correspondence with the customer is properly documented to support the sales process.
- Answer telephone and electronic enquiries and relay telephone calls and messages.
- Communicate with customers on any fulfillment issue to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Keen attention to detail.
- Ability to stay on feet for extended periods.

- Strong work ethic and want to get the job done right.
- Computer knowledge to operate our point-of-sale software as well as email.
