Job Description

Zaber is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to fulfill and ship incoming orders. You\'ll be responsible for processing purchase orders and communicating with customers and carriers to ensure the smooth delivery of orders around the world. Our adaptable and efficient team, which operates within a fast-paced environment, will train you to provide quotes, set up credit terms, and test products before they are shipped. You\'ll be able to develop your knowledge base thoroughly and be supported in making longer-term improvements to our processes. Zaber designs and manufactures precision positioning devices and motion control systems for a variety of applications and you\'ll be an essential part of our supply chain. Your role will be critical to Zaber\'s success by ensuring customer satisfaction and operational efficiency, shaping our reputation, and effective inventory management.

As a Logistics Coordinator, you will:

• Receive purchase orders, prepare quotes, set up credit terms, and communicate with customers to ensure their satisfaction.
• Communicate with internal stakeholders and work with our customer ERP system to ensure product availability and order fulfillment.
• Work with carriers, automated shipping systems, and customs to ship orders globally
• Resolve order-related issues and customer suggestions in a timely and effective manner

You\'re the ideal Logistics Coordinator if you:

• Have experience in a sales, shipping, or a customer service role.
• Have an eye for improving and/or automating processes.
• Communicate effectively with customers and employees.
• Can manage multiple technologies at a given time

Logistics Coordinator Wage:

• The starting wage for the role is $23 - $28/hour depending on experience.
