Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Online Operations Associate to manage daily website operations, update content, support online sales activities, and ensure an excellent digital user experience. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, basic technical knowledge, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Update website content including product listings, images, descriptions, and pricing. Ensure all website information is accurate, current, and aligned with brand standards. Monitor website functionality and report technical issues to the IT or web development team. Assist with online marketing activities such as promotions, banners, and landing pages. Track online sales performance and prepare weekly/monthly reports. Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, sales, design) to support online initiatives. Respond to customer inquiries received through the website or online platforms. Research industry trends to contribute ideas for website improvements. Maintain SEO-friendly content and ensure proper tagging and categorization. Support e-commerce order processing when needed.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, IT, or related field (preferred). 1-2 years of experience in website management, e-commerce, or digital marketing. Basic understanding of CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Shopify, Magento). Familiarity with SEO principles and web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console). Good communication and organizational skills. Ability to troubleshoot minor website issues. Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills

Knowledge of HTML/CSS (basic level). Experience with graphic editing tools (Photoshop, Canva, Figma). Understanding of online customer behavior and UX best practices.
