We are seeking an enthusiastic and knowledgeable individual with expertise in Amazon and other e-commerce and social media platforms. As our E-commerce Specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing the essential activities of all our e-commerce and social media accounts, including Facebook, Instagram, Google, and more. Responsibilities: - Create, update, and manage product listings on various sites (Amazon, eBay, company websites, Google Merchant, etc.). - Maintain sites and update content as necessary. - Communicate with clients regarding products. - Collaborate with various departments (Art, Sales, etc.) to ensure customer satisfaction. - Process orders from various e-commerce sites and handle returns as needed. If you have a proven track record of optimizing Amazon listings or pages and are passionate about improving consumer engagement through organic search performance and sales, we want to hear from you! Key Responsibilities: - Monitor page performance, including keyword ranking, reviews, questions, photos, and videos. - Manage Amazon, Facebook, etc., advertising campaigns and budget. - Engage with customer reviews. - Provide ongoing sales and marketing reporting with insights and recommendations to drive growth. - Search for new product opportunities. - Ensure compliance with Amazon, eBay, and other platform policies. - Contact Amazon, eBay, etc., Support to resolve any issues. Requirements: - Proven knowledge of the requirements, restrictions, and best practices for selling on Amazon and other marketplaces. - Experience with Amazon SFP, sponsored product, and promotions. - Strong knowledge of the English language. - Excellent proficiency in Office 365. - Experience with Google Ads is an asset. - Basic understanding of Amazon\xe2\x80\x99s platform. - Knowledge of other AMS\' Amazon processes and portals is an asset. - Good understanding of keywords and sales ranking. - High attention to detail. - Understanding of supply chain flows. - Positive attitude with a focus on teamwork.
