Onboarding Training Specialist



The Onboarding Training Specialist will support onboarding initiatives through development of content focusing on operations, safety, general standards, procedures, and policies. In addition to creating training, this position will be responsible for delivering specific webinars and disseminating best practice information through virtual trainings; applying policies related to operations, health, and safety issues.

The Onboarding Training Coordinator will be a key factor to creating consistency by building a library of content through multiple avenues of media, videos, infographic, presentations, skill assessments, etc. The goal of this role is to develop operation staff, increase awareness of policies and procedures and promote a safe working environment.

The Onboarding Training Coordinator will report directly to the Training & Quality Director. This position will not be responsible for disciplinary actions or directly managing any employees.

Responsibilities:



Conduct ATSSA and new hire training for field staff; complete all required paperwork associated to this task

Conduct policy and procedure trainings for all offices and roles; including 1:1, group, and webinars via web conferencing technology such as Zoom

Execute training calendar by developing a schedule and setup tasks, including coordinating with departments, sending skill assessments, and delivering education

Own end-to-end development and training to build a library of learning content, voiceovers, videos, flyers, PowerPoints, etc.

Work with training team to evaluate and monitor offices and personnel to detect trends regarding performance; provide feedback on new educational content

Become proficient on industry standards, operational activities, company specific procedures and policies

Create and maintain programs that sustain a high level of employee awareness to processes and standards

Maintain a safety conscious mindset and conduct virtual follow up to confirm compliance, identify violations or concerns and provide corrective actions

Skills:



Experience and knowledge of company, local, state, and federal requirements preferred Strong analytical aptitude, strong communication and organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple and varied tasks in a team environment Demonstrated exceptional skills in written and verbal communication, presentation, and public speaking Proficient with Microsoft Office 365; ability to generate multiple resources to be used on different platforms Must have a valid driver's license. Must be physically able to walk distances, climb lengthy staircases, bend, and lift objects of various weights up to 50lbs.

Requirements:



Bachelor's degree or higher, or 2 years of related industry experience Valid driver's license and must maintain a clean driving record. Daily travel within at least 100-mile radius between office(s) and jobs, if needed This position may have exposure to active work zones where the use of personal protective equipment such as safety glasses, steel toe boots, traffic control PPE are required Willingness to take on-the-job training and certifications to meet job requirements ATSSA (All Traffic Control Certifications), Defensive Driver Training, CPR/First Aid Trainer

Pay: From $45,000.00 per year
