WHAT YOULL DO
  • Deliver training through a blended learning approach (virtual classroom, traditional classroom, on-the-job training).
  • Assist with creating and revising training materials and courses.
  • Administer assessments and exercises to evaluate learning progress and the effectiveness of training methods.
  • Provide on-site and virtual support in developing and facilitating advisor licensing (Level 1 and 2) and product training programs.
  • Contribute to projects, journey mapping, and business process reviews to ensure continuous improvement in training delivery.
  • Work closely with Insurance Agency Managers and staff to drive optimal performance through training, onboarding, and progress tracking.
WHAT YOUVE DONE
  • Youre no insurance newbie. You have at least 8 years of experience in insurance sales and service, including personal and commercial lines.
  • You have at least three years of experience with facilitation, curriculum design, and development.
  • Youve worked in leadership, supervisory, or mentoring roles (bonus points if youve mentored others in an insurance setting).
  • Youre working towards or have earned your CIP designation.
