About the Role


The

Onboarding Project Coordinator

is the primary point of contact for new Cluster merchants following the sales process. This role is crucial for ensuring a smooth transition from sales to active use of our POS system. The Onboarding Coordinator will oversee the scheduling and execution of key implementation milestones, including hardware, subscription activation, POS training, menu programming, POS installation and payment processing setup.

What You'll Do



Client Liaison:

Act as the main point of contact for clients during the onboarding process, providing clear communication and support.

Project Management:

Coordinate and manage the implementation timeline, ensuring all milestones are met on schedule. + Schedule and oversee hardware availability and or shipping.
+ Activate subscriptions and ensure all necessary services are set up.
+ Schedule POS training sessions for clients, with training resources.
+ Schedule menu programming services to meet client needs.
+ Schedule POS installation services.
+ Schedule payment processing onboarding.

Collaboration:

Work closely with internal teams, including Sales, Support, Customer Success, and Product Development, to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.

Issue Resolution:

Proactively identify potential issues and implement solutions to mitigate risks during the onboarding process.

Documentation:

Maintain detailed records of client interactions, project progress, and any issues encountered.

Feedback Collection:

Gather and relay client feedback to help improve the onboarding process and overall product experience.

What You'll Bring



Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality Management, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred. Minimum of 2 years in a customer-facing role, preferably in a SaaS or technology company. Experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry is a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Bilingualism (English and French) Strong organizational and project management abilities. Proficiency in using CRM and project management tools. Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Comfortable with technology and quick to learn new software systems
