Our AWIN Green Lane Body Shop located is looking for a Body Shop Estimator to join our amazing team!


Location: Honda/Acura Downtown Toronto

Job Purpose

The Body Shop Estimator must have the experience necessary to provide our customers with optimal service.

Core Accountabilities

Interacting with customers and understanding their requirements. Giving suggestions and recommendations to customers regarding their vehicle. Estimating the cost of the vehicle damage and the time for the repair. Coordinating work processes with the technicians and other departments of the organization. Keeping up with market trends and prices and competitor strategies. Following automotive industry safety norms and standards. Answering telephone inquiries and queries of customers. Meeting all assigned targets and objectives. Preparing and evaluating reports for the establishment and attending training for new products. Order Parts as required.

Qualifications

Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to effectively manage time, meet deadlines and complete all assigned tasks. Excellent customer service skills. Ability to work in a team and independently. Sound understanding of all automotive functionalities. Valid Ontario G Driver's License. Experience using Mitchell on Demand, Audatex and MS Office.
