Body Shop Estimator.

We are looking for someone who has previous experience doing insurance adjustments or has worked as an appraiser.

Responsibilities

Knowledge of Audatex or Mitchell Estimating Systems, with the capability to write a detailed automotive repair estimate Greet customers in person and on the phone, offering assistance as needed and updating them on the status of repairs Schedule appointments with customers Open and close work orders and assist with final billing Assist with parts ordering and receiving Collect payment from customers and issue receipts Assist in the daily shop production, including quality control of all vehicles being repaired Inspect finished repairs/work before the vehicle is given back to customer

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent is required. Additional education in Automotive courses or certification will be an asset. Experience in auto body experience Minimum 2 years of experience in automotive estimating Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service Previous software experience in Audatex, Mitchell I-car training will be an asset. Ability to work individually and as part of a team High level of integrity and work ethic Can effectively communicate automotive issues clearly * Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driver's abstract
