Position Summary




We are seeking a skilled, detail-oriented, and customer-focused Collision Centre Estimator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assessing vehicle damage, preparing accurate repair estimates, and guiding customers through the entire repair process. You'll serve as the key connection between the customer, insurance partners, third-party warranty companies, and our technicians to ensure quality, transparency, and satisfaction at every step.

Key Responsibilities



Perform detailed inspections of damaged vehicles and document findings with photos, notes, and measurements. Prepare accurate estimates for labour, parts, paint, and materials using industry-standard estimating software. Communicate repair needs, timelines, and costs clearly to customers, insurance adjusters, and third-party warranty providers. Collaborate with technicians, the parts department, and customer service advisors to maintain an efficient workflow. Monitor repair progress to ensure work is completed to specification and quality standards. Stay current with OEM repair methods, ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) guidelines, and DRP requirements. Participate in ongoing training and process improvement initiatives.

What We Expect from You



Dedication to delivering excellent customer service and building strong relationships. Automotive technical experience, particularly in body repair (dealership experience is an asset). Strong mechanical knowledge and familiarity with insurance and warranty estimating principles. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with estimating software such as Mitchell or Audatex is an asset. Excellent communication, organization, and attention to detail. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. A positive, team-oriented attitude and willingness to learn.
