Essential Requirements

Valid BC Class 5 driver's license.? Fluent in English (both speaking and listening).? Strong customer service and communication skills for in-person and phone interactions.? Organizational skills and attention to detail for handling paperwork, scheduling, and clerical tasks.? Basic computer proficiency (handling emails, data entry, MS Office).
Typical Duties

Greeting and assisting guests, customers, or vendors at the dealership.? Answering phones, responding to email inquiries, taking messages, and transferring calls.? Filing, maintaining records, and supporting sales or parts staff with administrative duties.? Occasionally moving vehicles on the lot if needed (requires Class 5 license).? Ensuring a clean, tidy, and organized reception/front office area.? Communicating effectively and actively listening to customer needs
Job Type: Full-time

Base Pay: $17.85 per hour
