Job SummaryYou will be responsible for the quality of life, services, and work environment of our employees at the Boucherville and Toronto offices.Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise, coach and develop 2 employees (receptionists in each office) to ensure high-quality service levels
  • Ensure accessibility of our products and interaction with our brands
  • Review and maintain the employee handbook
  • Define and manage workout programs and maintain the gym
  • Manage the food offerings at our different sites
  • Ensure cleanliness and organization of spaces
  • Maintain equipment belonging to Danone
  • Order and manage office supply inventory
  • Implement and apply various policies, including automobile fleet management
  • Promote a health and safety culture in offices and for remote employees
  • Manage budgets for service providers and contracts related to office operations
Qualifications and Skills
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience, ideally as an office manager, administrative support, or health and safety coordinator
  • Experience in both union and non-union environments, preferred
  • Autonomous decision-maker, agile, and strong multi-tasker
  • Customer service-oriented
  • Ability to work in a team and interact with multiple stakeholders
  • Willingness to travel to the Toronto office
  • Bilingual (English and French)
  • Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
