A career in Infrastructure and Property, within Internal Firm Services, will provide you with the opportunity to be a part of developing and managing the PwC operational infrastructure that allows us to support our people and our clients. We focus on all aspects of internal infrastructure services from real estate site selection, facilities management, and physical security to managing relationships with Firm travel partners and event planning. Our Office Services team is responsible for managing the well being of our office environment as well as responding to office requests from PwC partners and staff to help keep the office running smoothly.

As an experienced Office Receptionist at our Toronto office, you\xe2\x80\x99ll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Receive and direct clients and visitors
  • Assist any site visitors with any information requests
  • Draft standard and non-standard correspondence.
  • Pick up and distribute any messages left in the overnight mailbox
  • Must be able to cover 7.30am start and/or 5.30pm close when needed
  • Provide services directly to clients according to predetermined requirements and quality standards
  • Is sensitive to the pressures a client is under
  • Escalates problems/issues promptly as required
  • Flexibility is required in the event over time is requested, sometimes at short notice

  • Clearly communicates effectively and professionally with clients and with others in the firm
