Job Summary


We are seeking a friendly and organized Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional customer service while managing front desk operations.

Duties



Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas Provide basic information to clients and the public Record and relay information Schedule and confirm appointments Perform clerical duties, such as filing and sorting and distributing mail Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
Job Type: Permanent

Pay: Up to $35.40 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
