We are seeking a dedicated and organized Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing front desk operations. This role requires a friendly demeanor, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Duties



Greet visitors warmly, ensuring a positive first impression. Manage multi-line phone systems, answering calls promptly and directing them to the appropriate personnel. Schedule appointments and maintain an organized calendar for the office. Handle administrative tasks efficiently, and maintain calendar along with meeting set up. Handling social media platforms for marketing purposes professionally Any additional tasks required for assisting the team during workflow.

Experience



Minimum 1 to 2 years of reception experience required in a Canadian office environment.
Job Type: Full-time

Expected hours: 37 - 42 per week

Work Location: In person
