Job Overview:
We are a growing financial services company based in the Greater Toronto Area. We are currently looking for a Office Operations Administrator who is fluent in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese to support our daily operations and client communication. Candidates with basic knowledge of social media platforms will be considered a strong asset.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform general office administrative tasks, including data entry, document preparation, and file management
Handle phone and email communication with clients in a professional manner
Assist with organizing and tracking mortgage application documents
Liaise with banks and financial institutions to ensure smooth loan processing
Provide internal support to various departments as needed
Bonus: Help maintain and update company social media accounts (e.g., LinkedIn, Instagram)
Qualifications:
Proficiency in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese is required
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Comfortable using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Previous experience in office administration, finance, or customer service preferred
Experience with social media platforms is a plus
Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong team spirit are assets
