We are a locally owned, growing business with strong customer service values. We are looking for a part time, possibly full time, experienced and mature office manager to establish administrative procedures and manage staff and client schedules. We do carpet and upholstery cleaning and air duct cleaning, and are willing to teach the aspects of the business to a potential employee.
Duties, but not limited to, the following:
Oversee and create administrative procedures when necessary
Pay invoices and assist in Payroll
Delegate work to staff, train office staff
Carry out administrative and customer service activities including,
o Answering phones and electronic enquiries
o Provide customer service
o Scheduling jobs and creating work orders
o Invoicing
o Data entry
Ideally you will be a
Experienced, mature, and dependable self-starter, able to work with little supervision.
Client focused
Have excellent communication and customer service skills
Be a team player and an ability to pivot attention when required.
Knowledge in Microsoft Word and Excel. And accounting processes.
