TOTAL Transportation Solutions Inc. provides specialized transportation service to very elite corporate customers in the High Value Products and Fine Arts sectors. We are seeking a person to support our immediate Office Administration and Customer Service needs.

The successful candidate will have direct experience involving the transportation, logistics and/or moving industry. Your experience will play a key role in the administrative support, sales outreach, customer order management and operations functions.

Key Job Duties:



Represent the company at the front of house greeting visitors. Answer all incoming calls and direct caller to appropriate staff. Handle customer emails and calls with authority and professionalism. Coordination between the sales, operations and customer service staff. Communicate with department managers on business developments. Accurately enter & process order data and maintain master company lists. Ensure best coordination and accurate shipment bookings with clients. Timely follow-up with operations and customers on all shipments in transit. Support the needs of the Branch Manager. Support the needs of all other departments and company branches. Handle other general office administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications:



Demonstrate leadership qualities and able to positively motivate fellow team members. Able to take charge, make decisions and effectively manage change as and when needed. Detail oriented, assertive, and self-motivated leader. Strong office administrative and organizational background. Fluent in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Fluent in both French and English language.
Attention to detail is an ABSOLUTE MUST in this position.
Must have own vehicle to get to and from work on time.

Nous sommes a la recherche d'une personne pour repondre a nos besoins immediats en matiere d'administration administrative et de service client.

Le candidat retenu aura une experience directe du transport, de la logistique et/ou du demenagement. Votre experience jouera un role cle dans le soutien administratif, la prospection commerciale, la gestion des commandes clients et les fonctions operationnelles.

Fonctions principales :



Representer l'entreprise a l'accueil des visiteurs. Repondre a tous les appels entrants et diriger l'appelant vers le personnel approprie. Traiter les courriels et les appels des clients avec autorite et professionnalisme. Coordination entre les equipes des ventes, des operations et du service client. Communiquer avec les chefs de service sur l'evolution de l'activite. Saisir et traiter avec precision les donnees des commandes et tenir a jour les listes principales de l'entreprise. Assurer une coordination optimale et des reservations d'expedition precises avec les clients. Faire un suivi ponctuel aupres des operations et des clients pour tous les envois en transit. Soutenir le gerant de succursale. Soutenir les besoins de tous les autres services et succursales de l'entreprise. Gerer d'autres taches administratives generales, selon les besoins.

Qualifications :



Faire preuve de leadership et etre capable de motiver positivement ses collegues. Capacite de prendre des responsabilites, de prendre des decisions et de gerer efficacement le changement, selon les besoins. Soucieux du detail, affirme et motive. Solide experience en administration et en organisation. Maitrise de Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Maitrise du francais et de l'anglais.
Le souci du detail est un imperatif pour ce poste.

Doit avoir son propre vehicule pour se rendre au travail et en revenir a l'heure.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $52,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
