The Yukon Association of Education Professionals is hiring a full-time Office Manager works to make our office fun, professional and organized by providing quality operational and administrative support to all staff. This position is responsible for planning and executing a wide range of duties related to member services, events, and day-to-day office life.Ideal candidates will:
be proficient in Microsoft Office suites and other office technology;
have a good attention to detail, be adaptable, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment that requires multi-tasking; and
be self-motivated and demonstrate the ability to work independently while ensuring priority tasks are completed and deadlines managed.
YAEP invests in developing staff, and you will be expected to travel to work conferences and training as provided out of territory. Candidates with training in administration, business or communications should apply.The YAEP is a professional association representing over 1000 school-based Yukon educators, including Teachers, Educational Assistants, Remedial Tutors, First Nations Language Teachers and Trainees, Teachers on Call and school Principals/Administrators.
