Deadline-oriented and organized office management professionals with HR, health and safety, payroll, and finance experience will be responsible to manage various administrative, human resources, and financial functions. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the office staff and management team, including handling phone calls, emails, correspondence, and maintaining office supplies.
- Manage the onboarding process for new employees.
- Maintain and update personnel records and HR databases.
- Oversee employee benefits administration and leave management.
- Develop and enforce safety protocols and guidelines for the office.
- Conduct safety training and awareness programs for staff.
- Prepare and process payroll for all employees, including deductions and tax withholdings.
- Handle payroll inquiries and resolve payroll-related issues.
- Stay up-to-date with payroll tax regulations and compliance requirements.
- Assist with budgeting, expense tracking, and financial record-keeping.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, including vendor and client invoices.
- Maintain a well-organized office environment, including managing facilities, office equipment, and supplies.
- Manage calendars and schedules for office personnel, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Maintain and update office records, databases, and filing systems to ensure easy access to important documents and information.
- Serve as a central point of contact within the office and facilitate communication between different departments and team members.
- Ensure that office policies and procedures are followed, and update them as necessary.

- A bachelor\'s degree in business administration, HR, finance, or a related field is preferred, but not required.
- Previous experience in office management, HR, payroll, and finance is require.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential.
- Attention to detail and proficiency in relevant software applications is necessary.
- Flexibility to handle various tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
