Job Description


We are seeking an Office Manager who has a great deal of experience in the corporate world. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the team in all administrative duties including human resources and office management; this is a great opportunity for an individual with leadership skills to shape our department and help with the company\'s rapid growth. The ideal Office Manager will be professional, intelligent and detail-oriented, have excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as excellent computer skills in a wide variety of programs including Microsoft Office, Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator. Responsibilities:

  • Create a budget for the office and monitor expenditure levels.
  • Manage office staff in terms of hiring, firing, and training; screen job candidates and conduct interviews.
  • Oversee the work of administrative assistants and administrative support staff.
  • Be familiar with office management software such as Microsoft Office; Word, PowerPoint, Excel.
  • Manage office supply inventory.
Job Type: Full-time Salary: $24.00-$26.00 per hour Benefits:

Ability to commute/relocate:
