Office Operations Lead

You'll be responsible for:



Owning the day-to-day operational flow, ensuring efficiency across all office functions. Managing critical financial processes, including payroll and CRA remittances. Streamlining scheduling and maintaining our vital file systems. Collaborating with the team to identify and implement process improvements.

We're looking for someone who:



Has a solid background in office administration, ideally with a focus on financial tasks. Is proficient with accounting software like

Simply Accounting

. Possesses exceptional attention to detail and a knack for

multitasking in a lively environment

. Is a proactive problem-solver and enjoys a diverse workload. A

BBA or Commerce Degree

is a plus, and real estate industry experience is a bonus, but your drive and ability to learn are key!

Pay: $35,000.00-$37,500.00 per year

8 hour shift Day shift Monday to Friday
