Are you looking for a new and exciting role with a leading parking and urban mobility solutions company in the Ottawa area? Are you looking to further your management skills? We are looking for an enthusiastic and professional office manager to join the team!

Permanent Office Manager
Downtown Ottawa
50-55k

Responsibilities
- Responsible for customer relations and manage customer concerns in a professional manner
- Generate and distribute memos and communications
- Process payments, transfers and returns
- Assist business development team with proposals and presentations
- Inventory management
- Onboard new employees
- Oversee administrative team

Qualifications
- Post-secondary degree or certificate as asset
- 3+ years in an administrative role
- 3+ years management experience
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
- Bilingual (French and English) strongly preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills
