Responsibilities
- Responsible for customer relations and manage customer concerns in a professional manner
- Generate and distribute memos and communications
- Process payments, transfers and returns
- Assist business development team with proposals and presentations
- Inventory management
- Onboard new employees
- Oversee administrative team
Qualifications
- Post-secondary degree or certificate as asset
- 3+ years in an administrative role
- 3+ years management experience
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
- Bilingual (French and English) strongly preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills
