We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to oversee our daily clinic operations and ensure a smooth workflow within the office. The ideal candidate will possess strong clerical and administrative skills, and HR processes. This role requires excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with team members, clients, and vendors.

Responsibilities



Manage day-to-day office operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness. Handle staff scheduling, physician scheduling and ensure accurate record-keeping. Proficiency in Oscar EMR is a must. Implement organizational systems to enhance productivity within the office. Provide team management support by coordinating schedules, meetings, and office events. Communicate effectively with staff and external parties to facilitate smooth operations.

Qualifications



Proven experience in an office management or administrative role in Ophthalmology. Proficiency in Oscar EMR is a must. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while managing multiple tasks efficiently.

Pay: $28.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Monday to Friday
