As Office Manager at Glenmore Chiropractic, you are responsible for running the office smoothly,creating and maintaining a healthy and positive working environment, and encouraging staff andpractitioners to do their best every day. This position is flexible with some work hours being able tobe performed from home. 30-40 hours per week. Duties of the Office Manager include, but are not limited to: - Overseeing staff and daily operation of office - Maintaining order, neatness and cleanliness of clinic - Insurance and ICBC claim submissions and approvals - Managing and scheduling a team of staff members - On occasion, hiring and training of staff - Scheduling for our team of Chiropractors, RMT\xe2\x80\x99s, and other Practitioners - Knowledge of Jane Software Electronic Medical Records preferred - Day-end reconciliations - Accounts Receivable - Accounts Payable - Bank Deposits - Month-End Preparation - Front desk and reception duties - Knowledge of opening and closing procedures - Ordering of retail and office supplies - Problem solving - Other duties as assigned - Excellent computer skills and understanding of Microsoft Office, Excel and Gmail, - Previous experience with electronic health records (Jane) preferred - Proven work experience - Professional attitude and appearance To be a successful applicant, you should have a welcoming and outgoing personality, and enjoybuilding relationships with patients and our health care team.
