About the Role



We are a resource group of exploration companies and related, looking for a detail-oriented and proactive

Office Manager

to oversee the smooth daily operations of our office. This position is central to keeping the team organized, ensuring compliance with internal processes, TSX related regulations, and providing essential support to management and staff.

Key Responsibilities



Manage day-to-day office operations, ensuring an efficient and professional work environment, Supervise daily office and off-site operations and staff activities and related contracts. Oversee

employee records

, attendance tracking, and office scheduling. Assist with

payroll coordination

and liaising with accounting staff. Accounting knowledge to know the rules and tools. Support corporate governance tasks, including organizing company records and documentation. Coordinate travel, meetings, and logistics for exploration staff and executives. Maintain supplies, vendor relationships, and office contracts. Assist the CEO and management team with administrative tasks and project coordination. Maintain accurate bookkeeping and financial records. Develop and implement office policies and procedures. Organize office layout and order supplies as needed. Ensure a safe and efficient working environment.

Qualifications

Proven supervisory experience in an office setting.

Responsibilities



Supervise daily office and off-site operations and staff activities. Manage human resources functions including recruitment, training, and employee relations. Oversee payroll processing and ensure compliance with regulations. Maintain accurate bookkeeping and financial records. Develop and implement office policies and procedures. Coordinate communication between departments and external vendors. Organize office layout and order supplies as needed. Ensure a safe and efficient working environment.

Qualifications



Proven supervisory experience in an office setting. Strong knowledge of human resources practices and payroll management. Proficiency in bookkeeping and administrative tasks. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Experience with QuickBooks is an asset. Familiarity with vendor management and budget oversight is preferred.

Compensation



Salary: C$60,000 - C$70,000 annually

, commensurate with experience. Health and dental benefits package. Paid vacation and company holidays.

Pay: $25.00-$36.50 per hour
