Job Description

Broadmead Orthopaedic Physiotherapy Clinic is looking for a permanent Office Manager to join our team.

Your schedule:

Monday - Friday 6:30 am - 2:30pm

Your tasks:

-Maintain a clean, orderly, safe office environment for patients

-Greet patients warmly on the phone and in person

-Book appointments

-Receive payments and prepare billings in the computerized system for processing

-Order supplies

-Pay invoices

-Work on accounts receivable

You Must:

-Listen well and follow direction, but also have initiative to work effectively on your own

-Engage with patients in a professional, mature and customer service oriented manner

-Demonstrate a professional attitude and appearance

-Be comfortable and capable using computer software

-Experience with Jane is essential

Salary:

$25-$30 per hour to start based on experience.
