Office Manager
Hamilton, ON
Monday to Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm
:
- Answer incoming telephone calls and forward them to the appropriate person
- Manage incoming emails and respond in a timely manner
- Manage the President\'s email inbox
- Open incoming mail and distribute
- Mail outgoing documents
- Communicate with both internal and external personnel including: customers, sales personnel, and vendors
- Ensure service contracts and vendors are up to date and completed in a timely manner
- Assist with marketing projects
- Assist with pricing and quotations
- Assist with some accounting related duties
Job Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma in Office Administration
- 5 years of previous office administration experience, preferably including Marketing, AP and AR, Payroll
- Skilled in Microsoft Office and other applicable computer applications
- Intermediate math skills
- Attention to detail is critical
- Intermediate verbal & written communication skills
- Ability to effectively multi-task
- Ability to handle confidential information
- Ability to work under pressure to meet critical deadlines
