Job Description

The office manager has a wide range of administrative, accounting, technical, and clerical responsibilities to carry out, with an overall responsibility of ensuring the smooth running of this office location. Responsibilities:

  • Review and input customer transactions
  • Complete clerical and secretarial functions
  • Maintain filing systems
  • Maintain the office expenses and forward to home office
  • Ensure that there are adequate office supplies available for use
  • Process all billing paperwork in a timely fashion
  • Handle customer complaints and inquiries
  • Process cash deposits daily or as needed
  • Additional duties as needed
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Salary: $22.00-$26.00 per hour Benefits:
